Parish Choir

The Parish Choir engages both young and mature voices in repertoire ranging from medieval to modern contemporary repertoire. The Choir’s main responsibility is leading the singing for the Sunday Sung Eucharist (currently held at 9.00a.m.) and Evensong services (currently scheduled on a monthly basis.)

Parish Choir members are committed to weekly rehearsals held on Thursdays, from 6 p.m – 7 p.m. and for one hour before Sunday services. The choir is in recess for the month of January.

The Parish Choir is open to engagement for singing at weddings and funerals held at the church.

Special choral services which may occur during the year are
• The Advent/Christmas Lessons & Carols
• The Easter Saturday Vigil (Lighting of the New Fire)
• Lenten Tenebrae (during Holy Week).
